Fitness Training Cancelation, Refund, Reschedule Policy
All cancelations must be received at least 24 - hours before your training session in order not lose your session. We understand that emergencies do happen, so we provide every client one free short-notice cancellation. You will not lose your first cancelation with less than a 24--hours notice. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if we (at The -Effort) are notified prior to the session start time.
*If for any reason, we at The - Effort cancelled your session less than 12-hours notification that is not due to unforeseen situation such as adverse weather condition, you will receive your session with a complimentary 20 minutes training session.
*If for any reason you are late for more than 10 minutes, not greater than 15 minutes, session time will not be extended, time remaining from you being late will be considered your session time and no prorates will be given.
*If for any reason you are late to your session more than 15 minutes, our expert or profession may leave at his of her discretion and no refund, session or reschedule will be allowed
Schedule, rescheduling or cancelation of your sessions must be submitted via www. theeffortfithearapy.com, through your membership. Please login using your username password created at the initial session. NO OTHER METHOD OF SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION WILL BE VALID (verbal, written, text message). You will be bind to the date and time of your choosing unless otherwise cancel or rescheduled via www.theeffortfitherapy.com
* I understand that The - Effort bills its personal training clients on a pre-pay basis, based on the training package you decided upon at the initial evaluation stage. Once the trainer and you, have decided on the training package best for you, payment must be made prior to the first session. All payments are non refundable and no prorated fees will be given for non scheduling your sessions, no show, or late to your session more than 15 minute.
See your contract for early termination policy. If you decided upon our pay as you go package, payment is required 48-hours prior to the first session and all aforementioned cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy apply to you. No Refund For Cancellation Of Evaluation Session with aforementioned cancellation and rescheduling policy still apply.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our policy for refunds below.

No penalty If you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your appointment time, refund will be issued with a deduction of 3.5% credit card processing fee; however, if you cancelled after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, your payment will be non refundable.

There is no charge if the appointment is rescheduled 24 -hours prior to appointment start time

If a provider does start a late appointment because they were waiting on a client, it may need to be shortened and ended at the original end-time in order to accommodate the provider’s schedule as they have other appointments.

Only credit service will be available for any bookings made on holidays.

Holidays covered by this policy include but are not limited to: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas and New Year's Eve.

If the appointment falls on any of the designated holidays listed above, no refunds will be issued for appointments that are cancelled, regardless of the reason or timing of cancellation,

For cancelled appointments falling on holidays, customers will receive credit towards future bookings equivalent to the amount paid for the cancelled appointment.
