What’s first?
Your fitness journey begins with an Evaluation & Consultation session, which serves as foundation of your health journey with us. This crucial step ensures your safety, helps prevent injuries, and supports the achievement of your fitness goals. During this session, we'll conduct a fitness assessment to evaluate your current fitness level and any muscular imbalances or postural issues that could hinder your progress.
Once we receive your schedule, evaluation paperwork which include health questionnaire and goal setting will be emailed to you for completion

How to get started with Therapeutic Medical Massage service.
You can choose to enjoy relaxing session in the comfort of your own home or visit our welcoming home studio
What To Expect
Whether you visit us or prefer at-home sessions, during your session, our licensed therapists will tailor the treatment to your comfort level, adjusting pressure and techniques to meet your specific needs
Sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, allowing you to choose the duration that best fits your need.
STEP 1: Book Appointment
The first step is to schedule appointment! You can provide insight into the service that you need, fill out a waiver for each 18+ older participant that is receiving service and your personalized form to indicate any medical history, injuries, or physical conditions we should be aware of, choose your preferred day and time, where you're located, or whether you are coming to our home studio.
This step is important, if you preferred In - home service, we advise you complete the waiver and personalized form before the expert arrival to give us enough time to focus on you. However, if you are coming to our home studio, we urge you to come at least 15 minutes early to complete the forms if they are not done prior to your arrival

What's the cancellation policy?No penalty If you cancelled or rescheduled your booking 48 hours prior to your appointment time; however, if you cancelled after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, your payment will be non refundable.

Is gratuity added?Gratuity is not included in your booking charge. The amount is at the customer's discretion; we can include it in your credit card charge by request.
