Cancellation Policy
No penalty If you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your appointment time, refund will be issued with a deduction of 3.5% credit card processing fee; however, if you cancelled after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, your payment will be non refundable. There is no charge if the appointment is rescheduled 24 -hours prior to appointment start time.
